These summer houses are attached houses, constructed in two rows of 5 houses in three different styles there is certainly one you like.
In Propiac-les-Bains, ChâteauSud offers you 10 houses in a complex constructed on a total area of 10 000 m², with a common swimming pool and parking. All of this is located in the middle of a forest, 5km of Buis-les-Baronnies.
Each parcel has an own private garden with a surface of 100 m². On the common part there is a swimming pool.
Each house is foreseen with a living room, a furnished kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom. The bathroom may have a bath or a shower, depending on the clients wishes.
Each floor is finished with tiled floor. As well the inside as the outside of the house are finished with typically Provencal crépie and will be painted.
