Foundations  
The foundations anchor your house solidly to the ground. We first dig a deep trench, and then we make the foundations on a stable and durable ground.
In this trench we mould a supportive plate into armed concrete all along a steel beam.
This solid supportive plate divides the weight of the house all over the surface.

 

 

 

 

Crawl space

 
The crawl space isolates your house from the ground.
We built a ground wall which consists of at least 2 rows of light immobilizing stones of sintels and cement. We mould a waterproof trench with humidity averting mortar to prevent ascending humidity.
The floor of your house is made out of armed concrete and the floor plates are made out of polystyrene above a welded metal grid in the mortar. The isolation and crawl space is illustrated with ventilation grids.

 

 

 

 

Supportive walls

 
We offer you for the same price a traditional construction of masonry or construction bricks which are coated with plaster against humidity. This contributes with the isolation of the construction. Both have different advantages. The masonry has the advantage that all of the used materials are nature elements which have an isolating property and a natural humidity arrangement. On the other hand, the construction bricks have a good sound isolating effect, they are invariably of form and imperishable rustproof with other words, they last forever. The supportive walls have a thickness of 31.5 cm. The settings of the walls and windows are made on traditionally methods. For the thresholds and window bars are made of baked earth. The isolation of the outside walls we us a special system (Optima Isover Saint-Gobain), which is composed out of a plaster plates foreseen with glass wool in a metal profile.

 

 

 

Roof woodwork

 
The roof craftwork consists of triangle shaped joist. Of which the shore gives the whole a retaining form. This specially designed roof truss insures a better distribution of the weight on the supportive walls. In case of a slanting roof, with or whiteout a mezzanine, the roof consists of a roof structure of wooden twills and transverse joists. The traditional roof edges are made out of one or two rows of extended roof tiles. The roof covering consists of roof tiles out of baked earth which are placed on wooden laths and ridge joists with edges made of baked earth. For the timberwork we only use wood which is handled against moisture and insects. The isolation of the roof is made out of Rockwool of 300mm which will be placed in the roof construction. And will be adapted on the isolation of the supportive walls. The ceiling has a height of 2.5 m which gives you a spicy and comfortable feeling

 

 

 

Separation walls

 
The plaster plates which are specially designed for optimal acoustic isolation are mounted o a metal frame, which guarantees the comfort and the durability. In the frame there is a sound isolation foreseen. The total wall thickness is 72 mm. The bathrooms walls are made out special humidity repulsing plates.

 

 

 

The outside finishing touch

 
The outside finishing of the house guarantees a well the esthetical as the comfortable aspects of your house. The windows are made by French traditional ways and delivered in hard wood or in white PVC, they are consisted with double-glasses of 24 mm thickness. The execution is as following :(4.16.4 Argon), foreseen with a ring joint which guarantees a sound and thermical isolation. The concept anticipates a minimal coldness for its assembling. Sliding doors are in aluminum, white painted. The shutters are made of wood, 32mm thick with a frame of 48 mm height, foreseen with double lames (split plough) crossed. The income door can be delivered in hard wood, in PVC or in metal with a three point’s slot. Her isolating threshold and ring joint help your house to be better isolated.
The inner doors are delivered with blank hard wood or post formed.
They are delivered with door handles in anodized aluminum messing or patina iron.
Optionally the metal flip gates can be replaced by a sectional gate or a gate of hard wood.

 

 

 

 

Electrical equipment

 
The electrical equipment overrates easily your needs, as well for electricity, heating, power-points for electrical equipment as for water supply.
Concerning the water supply, the electrical heating is completely conforming the demands of VIVRELEC.
Al of the electrical circuits is foreseen with micro fuses and are equipped with an earthing. Each room has several power-points and lightning points. All used electrical components are SAGANE Opalis of Legrand.
The total installation satisfies the demands and standards (NFC1500).
The water-supply uses a boiler with 200 or 300 liters, depending on the type of house.
An alarm anti-intrusion and a central aspiration system complete the electrical equipment.

 

 

 

 

Sanitary fittings

 
The sanitary fittings are chosen in the SELLES gamma: Sully, Royan ou Marly. The mixing taps are manually or thermostatic in the BF PRIM gamma and BF MIX de BROSSETTE gamma.
The sink is in sandstone, the bath is made out of nylon and the tank of 3/6 liters and also with a toilet, balnéothérapie, and an Italian shower with booth will be yours to choose.

 

 

 

 

Kitchen furnishing

 
The kitchen will be furnished as following: There will be built in and build up casts. The kitchen is completely furnished with several apparatus: an build in hot plate, a washing machine, a steam hood with wall evacuation, and an build in refrigerator. The choice of this equipment will be in a specialized shop designed by ChâteauSud.
